Instructions for Authors

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines for Workshop and Symposium

The format for the manuscript must satisfy the following requirements:
  • Manuscript must be in English.
  • The manuscript must follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text see below.

Workshop

  • Abstract submission on 15th November 2018 (maximum 4 pages)
  • Camera ready submission on 31st January 2018 (maximum 4 pages)
  • Papers must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF). Papers must be formatted for standard letter-size A4 paper. Please down load paper template. (IEEE Template)
  • Authors must submit their papers electronically via paper submission system: Submission Link - https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISDCS2019
  • Create new registration Click on Create new submission Select ISDCS Workshop on Optoelectronics 2019 (March 6, 2019)

Symposium

  • Abstract submission on 15th November 2018 (maximum 4 pages)
  • Camera ready submission on 31st January 2018 (maximum 4-6 pages)
  • The final manuscript length is limited to six (6) pages. All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit.
  • Papers must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF). Papers must be formatted for standard A4 size paper. Please down load paper template. (IEEE Template)
  • Authors must submit their papers electronically via paper submission system: Submission Link - https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISDCS2019
  • Create new registration Click on Create new submission Select ISDCS Symposium 2019 (March 7-8, 2019)
Author(s) must submit a final camera-ready version of these papers for inclusion in the proceedings. The presented papers at the symposium will also be included in IEEE Xplore. Each accepted contribution must have at least one full paid registration by the time the camera-ready paper is submitted for inclusion in the proceedings. The committee reserves the right to remove from IEEE Xplore papers not presented at the symposium.

Presentation Guidelines

The presenter should prepare a reasonable number of slides (12-15), so as not to exceed the presentation time above 20 minutes. Each slide should not be crowded by text. Use large fonts (18-20 point) so that audience can read easily.
